Clients who have left. Their reports are kept but offline (links don't work) and nothing is ever removed. Admins can restore a client any time.

Bin

Deleted clients and reports stay here for 90 days, offline, and can be restored. After that they're removed for good.

Everyone who can sign in to the dashboard. Admins can also manage users and remove clients.

Exporting from InDesign

File → Publish Online, then on the success screen choose Download HTML (or File → Export → HTML).
Keep the exported folder intact: index.html, the …-web-resources folder and font folder.
Zip that folder, or pick the folder directly. The design is kept exactly as exported. The viewer adds scaling, mobile support and navigation around it.

Start with a blank page

One white page in this client's report size (16:9 if it's their first report),
with the brand fonts ready.

Then, in the editor

Add pages from the pages panel on the left: + Blank page, or duplicate one you've built.
Click Edit content, then add Text boxes and Images from the bar (or paste pictures with ⌘V).
Choose fonts and sizes, add links, then Save changes and Publish when it's ready.
